Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Dyadic Mediation is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. We believe everyone deserves clear, dignified access to information about resolving a dispute.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the widely recognized standard for accessible websites.

What we’ve done

  • Checked color contrast so text is legible against its background throughout the site.
  • Made the site keyboard navigable, with a visible focus indicator so you can see where you’re.
  • Added a “Skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
  • Honored the “reduce motion” setting, so animations and smooth scrolling stop for anyone who prefers that.
  • Built the site to be responsive and usable on phones, tablets, and computers.
  • Used clear, structured headings and descriptive text alternatives for images.
  • Labeled form fields so they can be understood by assistive technology.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time task. We continue to review and improve the site, and some third-party or embedded content may not yet be fully accessible. We work to address issues as we find them.
