He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 2002 and came back to Orange County to earn his Juris Doctorate and LLM in Taxation, on a Dean’s Scholarship from The Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2006 and 2007, respectively.

Whether he is advising large businesses looking to mitigate risk, protecting an owner’s intellectual property interests, or taking a rough idea for a business venture and making it a profitable reality, Mr. Morten provides personal, warm, and practical counsel to each of his clients.
