‘Robert W. Miller was born and raised in Orange County. He attended Orange Coast College after high school and served as the Associated Students of Orange Coast College’s Business Manager from 2002-2003. He then transferred to California State University, Fullerton graduating in 2006 with a double major in Political Science and Criminal Justice. From there he attended Western State University, College of Law graduating in 2009.’
He attended Western State University, College of Law graduating in 2009. Mr. Miller began his legal career at a boutique law firm with a concentration in the field of employment law litigation.
He has also assisted clients with transactional tasks such as drafting contracts, forming business entities, and setting up their estate plans. His versatility allows him to perform a variety of tasks for clients who require assistance with matters whether they are transactional, litigation, or both.
Mr. Miller’s background in employment law, business transactions, and estate planning is used to counsel and assist employers in achieving their goals while maintaining compliance with multiple facets of employment law.
Outside the office, Mr. Miller enjoys spending time with his wife, son Levi, and dog Atticus.
